We are looking for an experienced, communicative personality with strong decision-making skills who can also cover only some of the areas of responsibility described.
The area of responsibility essentially comprises
- Support and implementation of municipal daycare center and school development
- Building maintenance, facility management and housing procurement
- Coordination of supply contracts
- Public procurement law in the construction and procurement sector
- Supervision of urban redevelopment and development measures as well as construction measures, including the acquisition of subsidies and their utilization
- Urban land-use planning
- Budget planning for sub-areas
- Committee work
The right to assign further tasks or change the area of responsibility is reserved.
What do we expect from you?
- Successful completion of the Employee Training Course II or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the relevant subject areas in a local administration
- Independent work in the above areas of responsibility, confident appearance and good communication skills, written expression and IT skills as well as knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
- Reliability, flexibility, willingness to make decisions and take responsibility, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team and a friendly demeanor
- Willingness to attend official appointments outside regular working hours
