In recent years, the district of Grafschaft Bentheim has installed a wide range of services to improve the compatibility of family and career. The aim is to create and maintain a family-friendly environment locally.
To achieve this, a total of six family service offices have been set up, including a contact point in the joint municipality of Uelsen.
The family service offices are the central point of contact for all family-related topics and offer you the opportunity to obtain individual information and advice, as they have a precise overview of the local offers and are in close contact with childcare centers, schools, daycare providers, advice centers, etc.

The Grafschaft Bentheim senior citizens' service office provides further help for older people. All older people can contact the service office with their questions about coping with life and everyday life, as well as all providers of support services. As a central point of contact, the office offers or arranges information and services from a single source in order to save older people unnecessary effort and long journeys.
