In the joint municipality of Uelsen, there are business parks in four member municipalities - Uelsen, Wilsum, Itterbeck and Wielen.
Commercial sites are marketed differently in the joint municipality of Uelsen. In Uelsen itself, this is handled by its own property and development company, while Wilsum markets the sites via the property and development company of the district of Grafschaft Bentheim.
In Itterbeck and Wielen, the mayor is the contact person for this.
